Bringing the past back to life – CEWE Life in Colour Campaign

Here at Prohibition, we love getting our creative juices flowing when planning feel-good campaigns that drive results for our clients. In Q1 of 2019, working with our client CEWE UK, we were briefed to deliver a campaign that would uphold CEWE’S position as AN industry expert, maximise brand awareness in the UK, strengthen existing partnerships and forge new relationships with the media and photography influencers. Most importantly however, we wanted to create a feel-good campaign that sparked community engagement and elicited positive feelings and an appreciation for times gone by.

At Prohibition, we relish the opportunity to work on topical issues close to the hearts of many. Our brief was to celebrate and recognise the thriving females working within the industry, and working on such a topical and relatable issue allowed us to create a truly engaging and insightful digital marketing campaign.

Power of the Flower campaign kicks off

For years, flowers were a bedside mainstay for patients being treated in hospitals. With holistic benefits and the ability to brighten up a dingy hospital room, families and friends alike turned to bunches of lilies and tulips to raise the morale of loved ones undergoing medical attention. That’s no longer the case, with 92% of the UK’s NHS hospitals now officially banning fresh flowers. We wanted to set this right, and on behalf of our client Country Baskets, we’ve launched the awesome ‘Power of the Flower’ campaign.
