We started the year with a bang for our client, luxury Swiss watch brand retailer, Watches of Switzerland. Tasked with owning the conversation, being one of the first to bring news from the show and positioning the brand as an industry leader throughout trade shows SIHH and Baselworld, the team were excited to board the plane to Switzerland!
Hot on the heels of Christmas came SIHH, an event designed to set the industry design tone for the twelve months to come, designed to attract professionals in the luxury watchmaking world. A hive of activity from the moment the show opened its doors, the Prohibition team was tasked with creating innovative content and unveiling the latest releases from Watches of Switzerland’s watch brands first! A busy few days ensued with the team attending a huge variety of events from treading water on the Hublot boat to catching a glimpse of Hugh Jackman at the Mont Blanc event.
March heralded the arrival of Baselworld, the world’s largest watch and jewellery trade show and again, the team were challenged to ensure Watches of Switzerland owned the conversation surrounding the trade show. Engaging in video production and interviews with various influential individuals in the horological world, Watches of Switzerland’s content surrounding the show was designed to be incredibly varied and keep followers engaged.
Already planning what innovative content can be created next year, the team are currently honing and growing the Watches of Switzerland social channels as much as possible in preparation for their next trip to Switzerland.
