It has been one busy month for us here at PPR! We have officially now moved into our new offices making the big jump from Chapel Allerton to Leeds city centre and quite frankly, we could not be more excited. After nearly eight years in our Chapel Allerton home, it was a bittersweet farewell – but we couldn’t be happier about our new city centre location and for our next chapter…
Whilst our office has been a bit chaotic with packing crates over the past couple of weeks, the team is in high spirits for what’s to come and we’re all starting to feel a bit more at home in our new space.

A trip down memory lane
Over the past 10 years, Prohibition has had four homes. Starting in our founder’s Harrogate garage when we were just a team of two, we then expanded to Headingley to accommodate our growing team. From there we journeyed across Leeds to our Chapel Allerton home where we occupied two different offices on Harrogate Road for the better part of eight years. Now we’ve moved onto bigger and better things to the centre of Leeds.
Since our humble start in Chris’ garage, we have grown from a team of two to a team of nearly 25 and are still growing – it’s been quite a journey! Our new city centre location is a reflection of the young, vibrant team that we have and the excellent clients that we represent.
As we leave our Chapel Allerton home behind, the team have a few things that they’ll miss including:
- The walks up the dreaded hill for a bit of lunchtime cardio
- It feels like the end of an era! There are so many lovely memories in the Chapel Allerton office that I will miss.
- I will miss strolls around the park and petting local cats on my walks
- The Woods for lunchtime!
But there are so many things that we’re looking forward to for the new office, including:
- Walks along the canal
- Better food and after work drink options
- A fresh start in an office that reflects our young and vibrant team
- Exciting environment
- A spot of lunchtime shopping
- A bigger office space
- More cool meeting rooms for catch ups and client meetings
- A new chapter
Settling in to our new office
In true PPR style to celebrate the new office and our 10-year anniversary, we threw a party complete with a balloon arch, a cake, pizza and extremely strong cocktails! It was so great to all be together to celebrate how far we’ve come and think ahead to the future.
The team is settling in nicely to their new desks and loving the canal views. Watch this space for more new office antics as the PPR team take city centre by storm! Here’s to the next chapter…
