For anyone who says summer often brings a bit of down time in the PR agency life – we beg to differ! What a month it’s been, and not just on the PR and social side of things. We celebrated two of our favourite days of the year, Yorkshire Day and International Dog Day, and our creative department was well and truly worked-hard this month, as we saw a bumper number of video shoots booked in – and all over the country too!
Here’s a little overview of just some of the exciting campaigns we’ve been working on this month:
The Nexus Business Barometer: We got stuck in with B2B campaigns this month, and one of our standout pieces of video content was our promotional video to support the launch of our Business Barometer whitepaper for client Nexus.
The whitepaper looks at the future of business in Yorkshire and the challenges that start-ups are currently facing, and our video was geared towards offering some great advice to local businesses to help promote the wider paper and encourage downloads.
Educating Yorkshire, with Yorkshire Water: We started our tour of Yorkshire, as our team followed Yorkshire Water experts around the county to educate customers on everything from water pipes to water treatment! You’ll spy the videos being shared across Yorkshire Water social channels for the weeks to come, and we hope you find out something useful along the way. It’s way more fun than it sounds – we promise!
On the pitch with Black Sheep: And finally, we kicked off working with one of our brand-new clients, Black Sheep Brewery, with a super fun video shoot! We headed down to Harrogate Town A.F.C to shoot a video promoting the brand’s sponsorship deal with the club – and yes, it featured an actual black sheep.
