Saïd Business School, is the business school of the University of Oxford – recognised universally for its research excellence and innovation.

We were briefed to support the business school’s ‘Business: the next 25 years’ content on the Oxford Answers hub through a suite of creative, stand out social assets and storytelling social content.

The aim was to raise awareness of the forward-thinking, innovative, world-class business school through storytelling social content. The content would then be shared on the business schools’ social channels by their own internal social media and marketing teams.

Create:

Our first phase of the project saw us work with the business school to establish a creative direction that celebrated the brand, but also elevated the content on social media to ensure it stood out. Once this direction was established, we created a range of creative concept themes that would tell the story of the business school and its evolution through visual content.

This led us to create a thought-leadership series that would touch on thought-provoking topics business owners should consider in order to thrive in the next 25 years, with commentary from key academics, including Paul Polman, their own School Board Chair.

Engage:

To give the content a stand out look and feel, the series was brought to life by our in-house creative team. We worked closely with SBS’s in-house team to storyboard a series of social media animations, graphics, and audio clips – making sure it was all in line with their quality, imagery, style and tone of voice.

This was then used for clever content hooks to promote individual articles on the hub, for clever CTAs and to highlight the breadth of academics at the business school.

Convert:

Due to the social media content being shared on their own channels by their own team, we’re unable to provide results. But the success of the campaign has led us to deploy further ongoing strategy projects with the business school to raise further awareness of its state-of-the-art facilities and attract participants to the courses.
